ReplyDelete* No misses today but snatches still felt a little weird. I wasn't totally fresh which probably didn't help.
B: 240 for all sets
* Pulls actually felt better than I thought they would.
C: 305/ 325/ 335
* Squats felt fine but I'm beginning to get my left leg pain back again so I'm going to have to spend more time mobilizing and rolling out.
D: 8 + 14 box jumps
* My goal before was 6-8 rounds so I got that done. Felt pretty good, just kept a fast steady pacet throughout.
E: Reverse hyper : 3x10 (90/ 140/ 140)
* Just got this machine in last week so we wanted to give it a go and see what it was like. It was tough.

D: 7 + 17 this was rough! My back definitely felt this workout.
C: reverse hyper: 4x10 with 4 plates - this was very rough!!!
