    * Snatches are still feeling awkward but I'm hoping they'll start feeling more natural again soon!

    B: 225
    * Pulls felt good

    C: 315 for all sets
    * I kept the reps nice and controlled but they still felt good.

    D: 4:38 / 4:21
    * Kept right around a 3:32 pace on the row and kept the burpees fast.

    E: Did a 5 min emom of 20 sec max dubs / followed by4 sets of a 24 ft handstand walk.
