As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
5 Power Cleans (205lbs/135lbs)
10 Strict Ring Dips

    * Front squats felt good today. No noticeable slow down

    B: 145 for all sets
    * Really felt the hammies!

    C: 3 rds + 6 hspu
    * It was the hspu that held me back on this one. Need to keep putting those in my programming in order to make a weakness a strength. Had to go to singles after the first set with about 10-15 sec between reps. Went 3/2/2/2/1 on the first set... Power cleans felt good. Quick singles with no rest in between... Went 4/4/2 on the first two sets of ring dips and 4/3/3 on the third.

    D: Worked on some high hang snatch work at the end of the day. Did 4x5 at 135 and just focused on really following through extension and working on a high pull and shooting under at the very end.
