    * These felt good but there's a minor strain in my rotator cuff I'm pretty sure so that bothers me sometimes.

    B: 195/ 205/ 215/ 215
    * Power cleans felt good and we practiced catching them at least halfway down.

    * Kept a good consistent pace on the runs, quick transitions to the handstand pushups and chest to bars and hit them all unbroken which was my goal. Good day overall
