Alright guys, on to prep for the 2015 season.
 
A.
Snatch

20 Banded Good Mornings
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30"/24")
rest as needed (make it fast)

  1. A: 145/ 160/ 175 x 4 sets
    * Definitely don't have as much power as I did a couple months ago, but the snatches felt crisp today and hit a solid bottom position each time.

    B: 215 for all sets
    * These felt good and powerful so I was happy with that.

    C: 305 for all sets
    * Squats felt strong. No struggles with this.

    D:
    1 - 24 sec
    2 - 23 sec
    3 - 23 sec
    * These were tough, but I felt that I maintained a fast pace with no faults.

    E: complete
    * Was able to maintain an RPM between 85-90 for all sets and was able to push it to 95 and 100 on the last set... Hit 190 cal total.
