wall walks were tough!
Falling asleep during warmups, so I did 15 min of Airdyne and 15 more of mobility, then went home and slept. I really wanted to do this workout, so a makeup day is in my future.

* This wod was definitely a challenge for sure, but I think I paced everything fairly well. Nothing was really a problem except for the wall climbs (those destroyed my shoulders lol)
