Bench Press x 3 reps
@ 75-85% of 3rm from last week

B.
For time:
Run 1,200 meters
63 kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood)
Run 800 meters
42 kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood)
Run 400 meters
21 kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood)

C.
Within 90 seconds of completing B:
5 minutes to establish
1 rep max Shoulder-to-Overhead

  1. A: 5x3 at 185 (note to self-my bench numbers have gone way down)
    B: 20:09 (my back started getting really tight, so I had to stop to stretch it out during KB swings several times. Also slowed down my running due to lower back tightness.

  2. A: 5 sets of 225 -- felt good and fast!

    B: 16:34
    * I probably paced myself a little too much on the first round of swings. Instead of listening to my body, I had a predetermined number in my head and I think I should've kept going beyond that and I would've had a better time. Running and swings felt good tho.

    C: 205, 225, 245, 265... Tried a PR at 280 after the bell but I barely missed it!!
