ReplyDeleteB: Did four sets at 65#. Pain in my left bicep/shoulder was inhibiting good movement, so I called it.
C: 25 total chest to bar pullups. 6/6/6/7. I should have done singles from the outset.
A: 245 all sets
ReplyDeleteB: 135, 145, 155, 160 missed the hang on the first attempt, got both on 2nd attempt, felt good.
C: 42 total pullups 12/11/10/9
A: 315 for all sets. Legs were still sore from the weekend so this was a good weight.

I missed on the 185 a couple times on the hang snatch but I'm hoping to get at least this or a little more in the comp.

* Erg felt good and I actually relaxed just a little on the last 3 three sets because I felt like I was being frantic and losing some breathing.
