  1. A: 45, 95, 95

    B: Started at 95 and attempted to go up 10 lbs every set. Had a couple hiccups toward the end when the weight started getting a little heavier, but then I PR'd twice!! Great way to end it!
    --> 95, 105, 115,125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185x, 185, 200 PR, 205 PR

    C: --> 4 rds complete -> 19 DU on rd 5
    * I knew going into this workout that the DU were going to be the biggest hurdle, but I feel like I did pretty well. I hit my first 3 rds unbroken, broke once on the 4th, but couldn't finish the 5th rd unfortunately. Fatigue wore down my timing and I couldn't recover.

    C: 4 rounds plus 15 wall balls (the double unders slowed me down, I need to work on relaxing and making sure they are unbroken)
