-pike to headstand
-headstand to handstand 
-free standing HSPU
-static holds
-wall runs
-walking

Rest 2 minutes.


C.
5 sets of:
Halting Snatch Deadlift + Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Mid-Hang Snatch
Rest 2-3 minutes.
