Touch & Go Power Snatch x 7 reps
Alternate with partners, make sure you get at least 1 minute of rest.

B.
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75%
*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 4 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

C.
AMR in 12 minutes of:
Row 250 meters
25 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
50 Double-Unders

  3. A. 75# for all sets. Had to break up the last set 4/3. Super hard!
    B. 3@125, 2@135, 1@145, 3@135, 2@145, 1@155- missed.
    C. 2 rounds. Double unders killed me!
    -was able to string together three strict muscle ups today!!!
