Front Squat – using 1RM Clean
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
Front Squat x 5 reps

C.
3 sets for times of:
20 T2B
20 Hand-release Push-ups
2 Rope Climb – 15 ft
Rest 2 minutes.
