    * Tried to start out with some doubles on the MU but they just weren't working today. I was getting too tight and broken during my back swing. Had to resort to singles but the last set felt pretty good so that was good. Just gotta remember to stay relaxed... box jumps were fine, had one no rep tho... double unders were still pretty rough today. It's just one of those things that I'm going to have to do everyday.

    B: 185 for all sets
    * First set was a little shaky. Kept working on pulling the shoulders back on a more deliberate set up, slowing down the first pull, and really focusing on getting my elbows high. Did 3 reps on the last set for more practice.

    C:
    - 4 + 19 (187)
    * My goal was 5 rounds so I didn't quite hit that, but I felt like I kept a good pace. Afterwards we discussed it and I could've slowed down just a bit on the burpees in order to speed up the transitions and move more fluidly from movement to movement.
