  1. A: T2Bs felt good and I'm beginning to not pike as I usually do. Which is good. The handstands were weak this time. Showing up late limited my mobility time and I definitely felt it so it affected my tripod position. Last round I only got 5 hspu's.
    B: 190x5, 220x4, 250x3, 285x2, 250x5
C: Partnered Steve. Kept a steady pace through the row. Averaging a calorie per pull. Total time for us was 30:28

  3. A: Got all 7 of the HSPU on the first 4 sets, but then went 5/5/4 on the last 3. I was happy with that though cuz my handstands have come a long way. I gotta be more careful with the kip though cuz it's really affecting my neck for 3 or 4 days after.

    B: 200, 235, 275, 300, 275x (4)
    * Squats felt good until the last set. My wrist was about to give out so I had to drop it.

    C: Me and Kevbot! 30:21
    * I felt like our pace and transitions were as good as we could have done without killing ourselves.
