(rest 10 seconds between singles)

B.
Five rounds for time of:
15 Wall Ball Shots (20 lbs/14 lbs)
15 Toes to Bar 

C.
5 sets for max calories of:
60 seconds of Airdyne or Rowing
Rest while partner goes

    Cleans were feeling good today

    B: 7:36
    went unbroken on wall balls for first 2 sets and then broke just once on last 3. Toes 2 Bar broke once on the first set, twice on the second set and then went to my routine of quock single. Still burning out too quickly on the t2b but am still able to move fairly quickly with my singles

    C: teamed with Jeff and between the 2 of us finished with 205 calories. Kept a 20 cal/min pace. Was about 80% or so. Couldve pushed maybe a bit harder.

    first time I actually completed the squat clean all in one motion. the heavier sets seemed easier...was getting deeper under the bar.

    B: 11:31
    wall balls unbroken first two sets then 8/7 for 2 sets and 12/3 for last set. T2B...sets of five for sets first two sets then 3 and singles. pace was steady all the way thru and I had nothing left when done.....as far as T2B are concerned.

    C: Teamed on C2 with Jenny. 19, 20,20 21, 23 pulled all I had on last round.

    A. clean 1.1.1
    105, 115,125,135,145 that was my pr match and I was able to do it
    three times in a row so it felt great!!!

    B. 5 rounds done in 8:32 I really need to learn to hold on during my
    toes to bar a bit more. I seem to jump ship too early

    C. didnt do :(
