ReplyDelete* The weight didn't feel all that heavy today but I could tell my body was just tired and technique was a little rough.
B: 300x5, 340x3, 360x2, 385x1, 320x10
* Squats felt ok. Knees were bothering me a little bit and I could feel the snatches at that point.
C: Round 8 complete -> 6/10 Muscle ups (46 total)
* My MU have come a long way and that's exciting to be able to hit consistent doubles as long as my grip is still there.
A. Five sets of snatch
ReplyDelete75# 75# 85# 95# 95# I was feeling really off today on my form and kept missing some easier lifts at 95# I need to work on staying solid at the bottom and not rushing up.
B. 150# 175# 185# 195# 160# overall I felt okay my hips are really tight and I will be spending the next couple days mobilizing them.
C. I used a box to lay my feet on mimicking the horizontal position of a muscle up. I tried to really pop the hips and not use the feet to get up and I got through the round of 6 and 8 hang cleans 4 muscle ups. I think it was a great variation but I still need to drill my muscle ups. Overall the hang cleans felt great and I really felt the speed on getting my elbows up
