    * Snatch felt good and quick today. Power snatch PR!

    B: 225, 235, 235
    * We were a little behind so we only got to 3 sets of this movement. These felt good though!

    C: 345, 345, 365, 365
    * Only hit 4 sets of squat cuz my knee was hurting. They felt alright but I just need to get rid of this knee pain at some point!

    D: 14:45
    * This metcon felt good. I feel like I kept a good pace on the run and alternated using the erg and the air dyne just to keep it interesting.

    E: A couple of us worked on some bar muscle ups at the end.

    * These felt really good and I actually hit 6 unbroken on the first and last round which is a PR!
