    B: 115, 135, 155, 165, 165

C: 285 for 5 sets. All went up pretty smooth. Felt heavy but my back squat is definatly getting better.

first rd of pullups were smooth sets of 14-12-10-8-6 OHS wnet by feel but took a few sets to complete. Last 50 pullups I tried to maintain sets of 5 for as long as possible but eventual went to threes and then towards the very end resorted to quick doubles.

    * Still have some inconsistency I need to work through. I hate missing reps, it's frustrating. I need to work on keeping my eyes locked on a point, and I'm also going to start practicing a wider stance in the snatch.

    B: 135, 55, 65, 75, 85
    * These felt good and got all of them unbroken except on the last set where I had to breathe before 4 and 5.

    C: 365 x 4 sets
    * These felt a little heavier than I thought they should feel, but I think it's from being sick all weekend and still trying to get over it.

    * The gameplan I originally had for the pullups kind of broke down. .I wanted to go 14/12/10/8/6 but I couldn't keep it up after the round of 12. So I had to go 14/12/5/5/5/5/4... I should have been able to go farther on the OHS but just wasn't feeling very strong so I went 10/6/5/4. Ideally I would like to go 3 sets or less on that... the last set of pullups was pretty rough. After hitting 7 and 5 I had to keep it consistent at 3's and 2's.
