Handstand Walk x 30-40 ft
Skin the cat x 5 reps
Double Unders x 40-50 reps

B.
Bench Press

5 reps @ 40% of "Training Max"
5 reps @ 50% of "Training Max"
5 reps @ 60% of "Training Max"

C.
20 Toes to Bar
50 ft Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge (135 lbs/ 95 lbs)
15 Toes to Bar
50 ft Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge (135 lbs/ 95 lbs)
10 Toes to Bar
50 ft Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge (135 lbs/ 95 lbs)
5 Toes to Bar

    * HS walks felt pretty good today they're just getting better so it's starting to be fun now. Just gotta keep working on staying long and keeping tight.
    * The skin the cat was really hurting my bicep tendon which was scaring me a little so I had to switch to something else.
    * DU felt alright. Hit the first set unbroken, but broke once on the other two sets.

    B: 190, 215, 240 (5/3/7 - 75/85/95% training max)
    * Bench felt good considering we just finished 3 sets of HS walks and DU.

    C: 6:35
    * Hit the first set of T2B unbroken and broke each set of OH lunge into 2 sets. Went 8/4/3 , 5/5, and 5 on the T2B. The lunges felt good except for my left knee.
