    * The first couple sets were tough. My shoulder and knee were both bothering me. The last two sets I practiced hitting it from a full front rack and the last set felt pretty good.

    B: 230, 245, 265, 280, 285
    * Squats felt good today.

    C: 4:44
    * I kept it at 75-78 rpm for the air dyne, then went 12/8/5 on the thrusters, forgot to chalk up for the pullups so I had to go 10/5 on those. Felt pretty good though.

    D: Practiced some handstand walks afterwards and got some pretty good walks in there.
