    * These felt good. Haven't hit a heavy hang snatch in a while so that was awesome!

    B: 350, 380, 405
    * These felt alright. My back was already pretty sore so it was tough to keep my shoulders back on the pull. Haven't pulled heavy in a while either so this was good!

    C: 115 for all sets
    * I could really feel the stretch in my hamstrings on this one!

    D: 5:27
    * The squat clean thrusters sucked but I tried to keep a steady pace with only a couple seconds between each lift. The DU were but I broke once or twice on each set. Some breaks were planned and some weren't

E: Hit some ring muscle up practice at the end
    - 5 x 2
    * Practicing on staying long and extended and practiced a smoother transition between muscle ups.

  2. A: 185, 205, 225, 245 The 245 I missed the first hang clean. Caught it the second time easily.

B: 315, 355, 380 Surprised how easily I pulled a double at 380. Definatly liking the heavy deadlifts again!!

    C: 100 for all sets

    D: 6:15
Struggled with the 165 thruster. Im certain that I wouldve been no-repped an a few because of the lockout. Broke a couple times each rd on the DU too. This one was a tough one for me!!

Practiced doubles with Jeff on the MU. Trying to stay long and get the hips more involved. Still to lazy on them. Tried also the push out from the top to try and cycle quicker but just not very smooth. Needs practice
