B: All sets with 225
* Split jerks felt good too. Speed under the bar and a violent triple extension is what I'm focusing on.

* I was shooting for sub 6 min but just missed it!! I missed my 5th muscle up attempt and I think that's what did it unfortunately. I hate missing reps, but it helps you learn and bounce back after.
A: 135, 185, 225 all for 5 reps as my knee is not good 10reps 225 to finish
