    * Squats felt good aside from my constant left knee pain.

    B: 205, 215, 225, 225
    * Jerks felt ok today but I've done better.

    C: 4:28
    * Front squats were easy and unbroken, but I had to break up the muscle ups into 2 sets each besides the last unbroken set of 5.
