ReplyDelete* Had some knee pain today but the movements felt alright aside from my shoulders being tired from yesterday.
B: 225, 295, 320, 340, 365
* Deads felt good but starting feeling a lower back twinge toward the end.
C: 260
* only did one set because of some lower back pain.
D: Complete
* Pullups felt good, all unbroken ... Some knee pain on the lunges but wasn't too bad... The DU were good til I broke on the 3rd and 4th set, Then did 56 during the last minute.
