I would like to see you guys train everyday this week, except for Wednesday. Now, I know the gym has a specific schedule Tuesday, so lets talk about a time that would work for everyone to all come in at the same time. If you must workout Wednesday, do something non-gym related. I will be running at the UNR track at some point in the AM. If anyone wants to meet up with me let me know.

* The snatches actually felt a lot cleaner than I thought they were going to after 2 weeks off so that was pleasing.

* My squat actually felt stronger than I thought it would too so that was good.
D: This was the frustrating part of the day for me. I couldn't complete any of the emom's so I didn't get to any of the double unders. My bar muscle ups have suffered a bit.
* I stayed a did a little extra work at the end.
