A: 135 for all sets. Failed a few reps. High hang was tough.

C: 10 rds completed. Felt like I kept a decent pace throughout on the burpees.

ReplyDelete* I struggled with the first two sets just getting my bearings with my trainers on instead of my oly's. After the first couple minutes tho I felt good with my pulls and positioning.
B: 325, 365, 410, 385, -->
* Squats felt good today. I didn't really get stuck at any point so that was good. I need to hit another PR soon.
C: Skipped today for lack of time.
D: 11 rounds complete + 1 burpee
* I felt like I kept a pretty good pace the whole time. I was averaging just about a minute per round and my DU felt a lot better than last time and I got like 4 or 5 sets unbroken so it's an improvement.
