ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this workout!! I really wish I could've finished it but since it was only my second day back, my hands were beginning to rip. Unfortunately I had to stop at the one hour mark.
ReplyDelete- I completed round 10 and finished the 11 ground to overheads to start the 11th round... I also did the 12 man makers with scott for good measure!
