20 Deadlifts (255lbs/170lbs)
20 Burpees
10 Deadlifts (315lbs/205lbs)

  1. A: 95, 105, 115, 135 fail, 125 ( hurt my shoulder)
    B: 95, ,105, 115, 125, 135, 150
    First few sets were rough, I wasn't moving smooth or fast.
    C: 275 all sets
    D : 15:00 kept a steady phase on all the burpees and went 10,10,5,5 on the 185
    255 sets of 5
    315 all singles.
    Finished up with 10 more burpees and 5 deads at 330
    Didn't see time of completion
