5 sets of:
Front Squat + Jerk (1+1)

B.
Every minute on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Odd - Run 200m
Even - 5 Snatches (135lbs/95lbs)

C.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes:
50 Double Unders
10 Two Arm KB Overhead Squats (53/35)
5 Bar Muscle Ups

    * Even though my shoulders were very fatigued today, I was still happy to hit 275 on this complex.

    B: Complete
    * This was just a matter of maintaining performance while being uncomfortable... finished each run at 38-40 sec and walked to my bar... cycled all snatches and finished each set in 10-11 sec ... pushed the last set and finished both at 56 sec.

    C: 1:35 / 2:00 / 1:52 / 1:54 / 1:58
    * Still struggled with the dubs unfortunately so I had to start breaking them up intentionally tried to stay as close to a 25/15/10 pace with 10 sec in between. Finished each set at 45-48 sec ... Had to scale down to single arm KB OHS @53. Did 5 on each side and finished those at about the 1:15-1:18 mark ... Wanted to hit all the muscle ups unbroken but I was only able to on the first 2 sets. Went 3/2 on the last 3 sets.
