  1. Today I did the first half of regular class and the second half due to my wrist being stupid.
    A: Squats and 5 tempo supine ring rows.
    Squats were (50%)205, (60%)245, (70%)285, (80%)325, (90%)365.
    B: Total calories in 10 was 212
    C: Make up work for bitch ass wrist was sled sprints after the dyne...#135 on the sled. 5 sprints. 5 walks.

    1. Last post wasnt as thorough as I thought. Ring rows were 5 each in between squats. Squats were in reps of 10,8,6,4,2. Second half was comp class airdyne. Max calories in 10 min
