    * The jerks felt good today. I feel strong. I think I could have potentially hit 255.

    B: 210, 230, 245, 265, 245
    * Front squats were fine, no issues here.

    C: 8:57
    * I think I was a little too ambitious on the first set of OHS. As I was going I just wanted to push through the whole set but I had to stop after 11 and rest it on my shoulders before the last rep. That's when I realized I pushed it too far. I should have went 7/5 or 8/4 to save some energy for the HSPU because it definitely had a negative effect. I struggled through the first set of HSPU. Then I want 5/4 and 5/1 on the OHS. I really wanted those last 6 but I dropped the last one unfortunately.

    D: Did some muscle up practice afterwards. Really trying to stay connected through the back and forward swing.
