A: did 2 MU + 2 ring dips Missed only 1 MU. Working on more explosive turnover and staying longer.
ReplyDeleteB: 190, 215, 240 Final set at 240 made 4 reps and almost a 5th. Happy with that.

started sets of 5 on the hspu. Wasnt able to maintain that past 20 reps and then went to 3s and then doubles. Broke way too much on the DU where Im usually pretty efficient. Shoulders were really fatigued. Burpees as always are slow but steady.

A: I hit 2 MU per round to challange myself to stay consistent when fatigued. I did pretty well but still missed 3 MU attempts. I still completed all of the work in each minute though so I was happy.

* I feel like I did pretty well for having just did 20 MU and 20 ring dips. Felt good.

* The HSPU didn't feel too bad. I went 6/4/4/3 --> and just tried to keep a consistent kip and rest period between each set. I did pretty well on the DU , went unbroken on 50, broke once or twice on 40, broke once on 30, unbroken on 20 and 10.
