ReplyDelete* Position work felt good today and 225 felt good.
B: 275 for all
* These actually felt heavier than I thought they would but I did my best.
C: 105 for all
* My lower back needs a rest lol

* I got off the rower at 3:42, and then I used a 30 lb wall ball and I think it took me right around 4 min but I wasn't sure about that one. On cleans I cycled them and went 5/4/3/3/3/7 to finish strong.

ReplyDeleteFelt pretty good today. Maybe work on finishing taller, getting fully extended on the pull.
B: worked on max clean instead of pull work. Wanted to compare to masters regional competitors. Hit 265. Tried 275 but couldn't quite get it. Pull was enough, Just timid getting under the bar. Need to man up!!!
C: 85 for all sets

Got off the rower 3:47. Not sure when I came off the wall balls but I did 5 sets of 10 with minimal rest. Got to the cleans and that's where I really slowed down. All singles with too much rest btwn. Was feeling it in the btm of the squat.

D:Finshed in a tad under 15:00. Felt good until the cleans. I rest too long in between. Need more mental nads yo.
