  1. A: Complete
    * Did better today. Still had to use an abmat but I went 5/4/3/3 strict on the first 4 sets so that was better than last week. Got all the toes to bar unbroken and kept strict form on most of them.

    B: 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 255, 265, 275, 285, 300x, 300x
    * Just tried to build up to a 1RM today. Hit each one of these once. They definitely felt awesome today but my shoulders just started to fatigue towards the end. I'll get 300 next time!

    C: 205, 225, 225
    * Only hit 3 sets of 2 on power cleans because it took a while to overhead squat.

    D: 6:38
    * Pretty disappointing end of the day. The row was fine but I was unable to string together even one double. Failed on 3 doubles, so I had to switch to singles.

    E: Hit 10 more muscle ups at the end because I need to keep em clean.

  2. A:10-10-9(all strict)-8(5strict,3kip)-7(4strict,3kip)-7(3 strict,4kip)-6(2 strict,4 kio)
    Tough one but happy with How many strict pullups i did. Also doing much better on T2B. Dis all t2b without coming off thé bar. I Only had to pause on thé final 2 sets.

    B: skipped thé ohs and rehabed thé shoulder

    C: did just some power clean doubles at 205, 225

    D: 5:14
    Kept thé row Split at 1:50 or lower. Planned on trying to open up thé MU with a Big set but enfer 4-2-2-1-1. Rest Was minimal and did quick sets but wanted to be able to pull off bigger sets on thé MU

  3. A: complete all toe to bar unbroken and just had to break up my last set of handstands
    B: my shoulders felt week and I was not able to establish a new 2RM
    C: 155, 190
    D: 6:35 kept the row at 1:50 and 2:00 for the last 200
    hit 6MU in a row then I fell apart and failed 2 attempts and had to go singles and that killed my time

  4. A. Hspu got all 10 reps. Last two rounds I got 8. T2B I wasn't able to do all the sets because my callus was hurting like crazy and was about to tear any second. Not worth the risk.

    B. 90 100 105 110 120 130 140 150 160
    I didn't know my own strength on these. Everytime I thought I was gonna struggle, I didn't. 160 was tough but it definitely isn't my one rep. I'm thinking 175 is my range. These felt very solid and I was tight the entire time and wasn't wobbly. So great improvement here.

    C. 140 145
    The cleans were great. My power jerks were fine but it wasn't easy because of my shoulder. Lots of pain.

    D. 5:59.
    I kept my rowing time at 1:54. Last 200 was between 1:58 and 2:00. I went right into my chest to bars and ring dips. And of coarse in my first pull for the C2B I tore. I'm getting so irritated with that shit. I've even been monkey gripping and the same callus always tears. I need to get this solved. I completed all my ring dips though. They were really good and I can get 3 in a row now, stop for one second and then do it again versus doing one single, stopping for 5 seconds then doing another single. So great improvement. If I would have been able to do my C2B I would have been in the 6 min mark as well.

    Great day today though. PR on my OHS and also on my 1k row. Just need to get my callus situation fixed.
