    185 for all cleans. Felt really solid today.

    Worked up to 230. Rack jerk Still awkward for me. Need to focus on punching and locking thé arms and shoulders.

    Did one min cycles with just 1 minute rest instead of 2 min rest because of time. Fell off a little more than i wanted. With thé full 2 minute rest I Would Hope id be able to maintain a little better. Airdyne and I have Kind of a love/hate thing.

    I did these in prep for my HOTW work out. Really focused on form and different foot positioning cause sometimes I end up with my feet really wide but all in all my cleans are so much better and I clean heavier weights consistently. I feel so much more comfortable now.

    K so now for the HOTW results...total score was 37. I was not prepared for how hard it was gonna be. The weight wasn't a problem, I just went so fast the first round that I was exhausted off my ass the second round. I know if I just pace myself better I will be able to get a better score, so once again, I will be re doing this on Thursday. I'm hoping to get between 45 and 50 reps.

    And I also can't wait to see some of these girls' videos because the amount of reps some of the girls are getting are a bit questionable lol just thought I'd express that.

  3. A. Complete with assisted muscle ups from the ground not using my feet at all. Im proud about these today and three strict dips

    B.Cleans all at 110# thanks boys for helping today with the form

    C. 130# clean pulls
    D. Worked up only to 115# then used 115# for my three singles. Wrist is still bad :(
    E. Cal 21, 23,26,24,22 I should have gone harder 116 total cals

    * Did strict ring dips

    * These felt good and I cycled them about as fast as I could.

    C: 240
    * Used a clean grip to work on my grip strength. Felt good

    D: PR City baby! Hit 305 on the split jerk! ... used 245 for the last set

    E: 42, 40, 35, 35, 36
    * This was a freaking leg burner for real! Me and scott only took 1 min rest periods which was rough!
