  1. A: 245, 265, 280, 300x3 sets
    * Front squats felt fine. Still have that left knee pain and need to get some legit knee sleeves or better wraps cuz the ones I use keep falling off.

    B: 185, 195, 205, 205, 205
    * The 205 push press was pretty rough the first time and I dropped it, but I refocused and hit it again no problem.

    C: 6:46
    * This was a fun little sprint! The split snatches were definitely different but I think I caught on quickly and was hitting them no problem. My legs were getting more and more jello-ee with each round lol.

    D: Did some handstand holds, rope climbs, compact muscle ups, and handstand walk practice after!
