    * Clean n jerks felt good today no problem there.

    B: 285, 295, 305, 305
    * Man these clean pulls are getting heavier and heavier! lol

    C: Only 4 rounds complete.
    * Rope climbs are definitely another nemesis of mine, especially legless. I only got one legless on the first round, finished the second one with feet at the end, then hit the next 3 rounds doing 4 regular climbs in place of it... still not good enough!

    D: Hit some handstand holds and walked my 10 mats at the end.

    These were great but my shoulder just feels aweful. I'll be taking full advantage of my rest day.

    B. 170 175 180
    These were really good. I am definitely gaining some great strength, I felt like I could clean the 180 right then and there lol form is tight and the is staying in and not flying out in front of me.

    C. 4 rounds complete
    This was my first time doing these and it was pretty damn tough. But I gave it 100%. I got 3/4 of the way every time. I wasn't worried about finishing with my feet, my plan was to go until I couldnt anymore and that's what I did. I'm proud because of my effort and pushing myself.

    D. Worked on handstand walk and handstand hold.
