    * The strict hspu took me over 20 min and although that's disappointing, I have been getting stronger and improving them... My toes to bar were good I opened with a set of 20, then 4 sets of 5 and 10 singles.

    B: 215 x 3, 230 x 2, 240 x 1
    * Clean n jerks felt good even though my posterior chain is absolutely fried from qualifier one.

    C: 1 - (81/39/18) ... 2 - (82/31/17)
    * To add a little spice, I did a muscle-up to start each set of ring dips.

    D: Did some handstand work at the end of the day and had some pretty good holds so that was good.

  2. A:finished hspu at 12:07. Finished t2b at 15:30ish. Hspu went pretty quickly to smalls sets and by rep 25ish I Was down to singles. Happy with thé progress on my t2b

    Last few Jerks started to look pretty solid

    C: 1(65,35,21) 2(64,28,17)
    Thanks to my teamate Jeff, we did MU into our ring dips. And thé ring rows were deceivingly difficult

  3. A) 10:11. Used two pads. Should have used one. But I can tell I've become much much stronger. So glad we did this.

    B) 100, 110, 120. Weight felt good

    C) first round was 56 cals, 30 ring dips and 16 rows. Seconds round was 60 cals, 32 dips, and 18 rows.

  4. I did my HOTW wod today. I got 110 and I'm not pleased with that score at all. I wanted to get to at least 125. But when I watched my video I was not going fast enough at all. I was too focused on staying consistent. I did push it but not hard enough. So I'm gonna do it again tomorrow because I KNOW I can get a better score than that. I will go in with a different game plan.

  5. A: 9:47 but I might have messed up cuz I partition this into the 2 movements.
    B: 185, 195, 210 cleans felt good my jerk need work
    C: 1st set 78 - 51 - 27 / 2nd set 70 - 53 - 31 total 310reps
    D: worked on handstand balance against the wall but I seem to be making no progress on handstands
