A.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Clean x 2 reps

*Both reps must be completed in less than 30 seconds

B.
Five rounds for time of:
10 Deadlifts (275/185 lb.)
20 Burpees
Run 400 Meters

*25 minute time cap

    Was worried about the deadlifts but went unbroken for the first set and then set of 4 with 6 singles for remainder. felt like I maintained a pretty good consistant pace. But it was definatly a rough one!!!

    B: 4 rounds +6 DL. Went unbroken on the DL for the first set, then started breaking up the sets. My form completely fell apart on the DL for rounds 3, 4, and the last 6. Great movement combination, still have some work to do.

    - Cleans felt pretty good but I still can't receive the bar in the hole so I had to stick with the power clean.

    B: 19:22
    - This was a very exhausting wod! I felt like I kept good pace all around. I only stopped a handful of times just for a moment. I hit the first and last sets of deadlift unbroken, 2nd set was 5 n 5, and 3rd and 4th were 5 with 5 singles. Tried to keep a good steady pace on the burpees and the run.
