A: Took it easy on the front squat per coach's orders. Worked on mobility

- I believe I got off the erg at between 7:40-7:50, so I thought that was a good pace.
- I took one drink before the swings and hit a 25-15-10 pace with minimal rest.
- I paced myself on the DB snatches and hit 40 straight with no breaks.
- I walked over to the bar and hit sets of 5 with 5-8 secs of rest between
- On the SOH my pace was 5-3-3-3-2-2-2 with between 10-15 secs rest between.
It was a really good test and a rough workout, but I feel like my pace was good and my rest was minimal.
