    1. Great bar transitions.
    2. Not too long of breaks.
    3. Broke up reps pretty good.

    Conditioning, form, and belief in myself.

    2. Changing weight on the barbells

    1. Understood how to power clean better

    1. Clean up gymnastics movements when I'm tired
    2. Thrusters
    3. Not letting the weight get to my head, better positive self talk

  3. I believe we ended up with 24:42.

    I think as a team, we had good transitions between partners and good improvisation when we suddenly had to switch up the order. We could've started off better with the burpees, but I feel like it went relatively smoothly after that.

    Personally, I feel like the deadlifts went well, my toes to bar were pretty good, I feel like I should've done 10 cleans on my first rotation and they'll go more smoothly once my wrist is 100%. I definitely need work on all my gymnastics movements and need to learn how to keep a butterfly rhythm even when fatigued. My thrusters will become easier with my wrist as well and I feel like I finished well on the row.
