A. All sets completed. Found out that there's a lot to a handstand walk. Ha!

ReplyDeleteI think as a team, we had good transitions between partners and good improvisation when we suddenly had to switch up the order. We could've started off better with the burpees, but I feel like it went relatively smoothly after that.
Personally, I feel like the deadlifts went well, my toes to bar were pretty good, I feel like I should've done 10 cleans on my first rotation and they'll go more smoothly once my wrist is 100%. I definitely need work on all my gymnastics movements and need to learn how to keep a butterfly rhythm even when fatigued. My thrusters will become easier with my wrist as well and I feel like I finished well on the row.
