Went all unbroken on the deads. The second half time through me off cuz I thought we were going for a longer time and I paced it accordingly. Should of sped up some. But for doing a 15 min EMOM yesterday at #315 I'm cool with it.

  2. A: 175, 195, 205
    * These felt good, technique was clean except for one of the jerks, I caught it off balance, but still recovered.

    B: 255, 255, 270, 270
    * These felt ok but it felt like I was lacking just a little bit of power because of back fatigue.

    C:
    - 6 + 3
    - 6 + 1
    * This was freaking awful lol Kept touch and go on the deadlifts throughout. I feel like touch and go is easier for me. Just tried to keep a consistent pace on the burpees and I think it worked but ya it sucked.

  3. A:145, 160, 170. Jerk still shakey. Speed getting better but still need to drop under the bar. Bend that damn back leg!!!
    B: 235, 245
    C:
    Rd 1- 5 rds
    Rd 2- 4+3

I need to work on one of my main weaknesses. That is reading and following the program correctly!!! I did 6 deadlifts Each rd. Stupid mental error. Other than that, it was those damn burpees that got me!!!

  4. A. 100 110 120
i tried all kinds of different things on these and really focused on form and technique because cleaning is not going well for me lately. i definitely found somethings that landed me a solid clean a few times but consistency is key. my jerks were solid, clean and easy

    B. 155 170, these felt great and strong. i went a littlle heavier because i need to get used to my heavy cleaning weight and i need to get stronger.

    C. 3+1
    5+2
185 was no joke but i pushed through it like a screaming mad woman. the first round i went way too fast on the burpees and ended up standing over the bar before deadlifting for like 30 seconds each time. BAD plan. So i fixed it and completely paced my self and it obviously worked.

I was definitely going back and forth in my mind like i always do and kept having to tell my self that i CAN do it because there were a few moments where i told myself that i couldnt pick up the bar again and lift. Even though i am getting much better with this, i know if i can completely control this then my times and reps for everything will get way better and ill really be able to test the limits of my body at full effort.

  5. First day in the gym this week-gotta get my scheduling down and make sure I show up. So I warmed up with part A from yesterday

-20 alternating EMOM of 6 toes to bar and 6 strict HSPU (Used a box). Went unbroken on all toes to bar, really focused on efficient kipping, really happy about that.
    Then....
A:95/105/105/115/115/115 really focusing on keeping my chest up during the clean and footwork during the jerk.
    B: 205/205/215/215
    C: Round 1-3+12, Round 2-3 rounds
burned out on the burpees during the first round and never recovered, gotta work on better pacing.

Came in at 7pm with Braden for the Kids Class and did.....
    Push Press/OH Squat 1+3
135, 145, 155, 160, 165(f), 155 Felt good to get back into the gym, but overdid it a little.

  6. A) used 140 for percentages. easy - but I need to work on getting under bar instead of just muscle-ing up the weight
    B) 130 and 150
    C) 4 full rounds + 5 DLs + 3 burpees the 4 full rounds + 3 DLs. Annoyed I didn't beat score. Burpees tired me out. 185 felt easy.

  7. A. Clean and jerk
Due to lack of change plate I had to go a little lighter and then a little heavier for my percentages
60% was 95# stayed at 95# for 65% final weight was over 70% at 115# All of them felt good but I am still bending my arms early

    B. Clean pull
135# and 155# that was actually my max clean but again no change plates. It felt good I was really loading my hamstrings

    C. 5 rounds plus 10
second round 5 rounds plus 9
That was annoying not beating myself!!!
