A. front squat felt good today. all sets at 135#

All this light weight has me suspicious that coach Brian is planning our slow painful death next week.
C. First round was chest to bar toes to bar box jumps then row : 4:28
second round was row, box jumps, then chest to bar toes to bar: 5:19
Final round was box jump, chest to bar toes to bar, then row : 5:45
Honestly the only thing that really sucked was the chest to bar and toes to bar by the end I was getting slightly annoyed I went from doing 5 in a row to singles and doubles at the end.
A: 245 for all sets
ReplyDelete* Front Squats felt fine. A little bit of left knee pain but nothing too bad.
B: 160 for all sets
* These felt good just tried to keep a quick cycle rate and clean technique.
C:
- 4:05 * Box - Pullup - Row

* Tried to keep a consistent and hard push and I think I did a good job on picking a quick pace that I didn't have to slow down on.
D: Did some handstand drills and walk practice at the end. Getting much better!

C) someone moved my board! So lost times. First round got kinda messed due to no vacancy on rower. Other rounds all around 7 mins. C2b/t2b combo was freaking stellar. Really slowed me down. Tore like a mother on last rep, of course. Weekend to heal.
