* These felt pretty good but we did a lot of pulling this week so I think they'll feel better when I'm fresh.

* I'm happy that I was able to stay pretty consistent on my row and run. The pullups got harder which is where I lost some time. On the pullups I went 12/8 , 10/6/4 , 8/6/3/3 , 8/5/3/3/2.
D: Did 3 sets of 20 ft handstand walks afterwards. My control is getting a lot better even when I'm fatigued.
