A.
Every minute on the minute, for 20 minutes
Odd - Toes to Bar x 4 reps
Even - Strict Handstand Push Up x 5 reps

B.
Power Clean - 70% x 3 x 5 

C.
Overhead Squat - 70% x 3 x 5 

D.
3 rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats (135 lbs/ 95 lbs)
50 Double Unders

-rest 10 minutes

Then repeat..

    * I wanted to do the hspu without the ab mat today but I'm not quite there yet. I almost got the first 2 sets tho which is a lot better than I was so it's ok. Used 1 ab mat for the rest. The little twist on the toes to bar was good too.

    B: 185 for all sets
    * Power cleans felt fine, just trying to work on the technique with being patient and finishing the pulls.

    C: 170, 175, 185, 200, 215x
    * Almost got that last set of 215 but couldn't quite hold the last squat coming up. Tried a couple attempts at a 225 snatch right after but failed unfortunately.

    D: 4:02 ... 5:26
    * This one was pretty rough. First set wasn't too bad. I didn't break my OHS and I got the first round of DU unbroken so that was good. I had to break the OHS on the second round after the first set tho. 5/5 And 2 or 3 breaks on the DU each set.
