  1. A: 135, 155, 175, 185
    * Still had a few sloppy reps unfortunately but hit my last set at 185 so that was good.

    B: 185 for all sets
    * Had a couple reps that were sloppy and had to drop the bar. I feel like it's stemming from the constant injuries on my left side. It seems like it's been a chain reaction of injuries down my left side so it's been difficult.

    C: 350 for all sets
    * Squats felt alright. I'm glad the percentages were a little lower today. For the last 2 sets, we cycled the reps quickly since we had the same weight on the bar.

    D: 42 burpees at the end.
    * My goal was to hit at least 30 so I was pleased with this result.

    E: Scott and I practiced the handstand walking for the first event of our comp this weekend. We went down and back for a total of 72 feet with the non-walking person doing OH walking lunge with a 35 lb plate. I think we completed it in about 2 1/2 min.
