ReplyDelete* PR'd on the front squat today! Used some knee wraps cuz my left knee always bugs me and I also did my breathing differently today which also helped. I took my deep breath before unracking the bar and held it in rather than trying to breathe twice.
B: Complete
* The ball slams were good to hit the core and keep the heart rate up and the ball pull ups were tough. It was hard to keep the ball between the legs.
B: 20, 17, 17, 17, 17, 16, 16
* I liked this workout. It played to my strength which is quickness and the deadlift was light enough to cycle very quickly.
C: Hit 3 rounds of handstand walks and muscle ups at the end. Trying to sharpen up the back swing on the muscle up and make sure everything stays connected. Continuing to feel more control upside down which is good.
