    * Wanted to get that 225 but I still hit a 10 lb PR so that's still good!

    B: 11:52
    * My grip endurance still needs to improve in order to get through those rope climbs faster, but I was happy with my hspu. Went 12/6/5/7 on those. Broke a handful of times on the DU but I still felt I kept a good pace on those. Went 15/7/4/4 on the hrpu which was good

    C: 8:00
    * Wanted to stay around a 2:00 pace and that's exactly what I did lol

    D: Worked a little bit on handstand walks and hit a couple planks, but it was tough with fatigued shoulders.
