No Conditioning today guys. Spend the necessary time warming up

Take 20 minutes to establish a max Snatch

B.
Take 15-20 minutes to establish a max Back Squat

  1. A: 135, 155, 175, 190, 205, 215, 225x, 225x, 225x
    * I felt alright today and I'm happy I could still hit 98% of my 1RM, and I got under 225 a few times but just couldn't hold it.

    B: 315, 350, 375, 405
    * Definitely wasn't hitting a PR today on squat. My back squat has been stagnant lately. I think it's partly due to my left leg being messed up.

    C: Did a little bit of handstand practice at the end and hit 20 fit on my handstand which was awesome.

    D: 3 rounds for time: 20 toes to bar/ 5 bar muscle ups
    - Can't quite remember but it was 6:13 or 7:13. Need to work on my muscle up proficiency when my grip is fatigued.
