ReplyDelete* My hspu are getting stronger which is good. Still used one of the abmats today but I had the strength to do 8 unbroken which is cool... the hanging L-sits were tough but manageable... Got the first and last set of DU unbroken but broke on the second set.
B: 185, 205, 225, 235
* These felt pretty good. The last jerk was a little sloppy but all in all it was good.
C: 9:32
* Came in from the run at either 3:42 or 3:52, can't quite remember. Went 20/10 on the shoulder to overhead... and I still managed to keep a 1:50 split on the row and kicked it in for the last 100 meters.
D: Complete
* Hollow rocks are awkward and those supermans had my lower back on fire!
